Dima is the founder of Ardent and the standard everything is measured against. He's the one who built the company, and he's the one you'll most often meet in person. From the first walkthrough and quote to the day your deck is finished, Dima is on site making sure the work is right and the project is moving the way it should.
His family came to the United States in 1999 with a simple belief: you do things right, or you don't do them at all. His father set that standard, and Dima carries it on. For nearly a decade he honed his craft in hardwood flooring with his company, Exemplary Flooring, where he learned that the difference between good work and great work lives in the details most people never see.
When you hire Ardent, you're working with Dima directly, not a salesperson who disappears the moment you sign.
Roman is the other half of Ardent, and the reason every project holds to the standard Dima sets. Where Dima is out front, Roman makes sure the work behind the scenes is airtight: he holds the quality bar on every build and keeps the permits, paperwork, and scheduling on track so your project never stalls.
He shares the same roots, a family that arrived in 1999, a father who refused to cut corners, and years spent mastering hardwood at Exemplary Flooring before bringing that craft to the backyard. That eye for detail is exactly what he brings to protecting the quality of every deck Ardent builds.
Together, the two brothers balance each other out, and that's what makes the work the best it can be.
